here are the few pictures i took while with hannah:
i grabbed dinner with a friend of mine that i haven't seen in like four years and funny enough we had this exact conversation. what's even funnier is that she's the opposite of me! where i take no pictures she would probably take five. there's always at least one post on facebook or instagram from her a day, and while that would annoy me if it were from most of my macbook friends, her life is so interesting that i'm glad she does this to keep us all up to date on what she's doing. during our conversation of not being unplugged enough and taking loads of pictures, she went on to tell me about when she saw one of our favorite bloggers and how long it took them to take their perfect instagram photos. long story short, it took them about four hours apparently to get all their pictures taken from a polo match they went to. that right there is exactly why i take so few pictures, i just think they're not worth the stress.
when it comes to pictures i still need to find my perfect balance of taking the ones i want while not letting them turn into the only thing i remember. i think this balance is different for every one, and if you're someone like my friend who takes "too many" pictures, as long as it doesn't take over everything from that moment keep doing what you're doing! if you're like me, and wish you took more pictures, i find that in the end having great memories is better than having perfect pictures.
